Start with your API

Isoplane is focused on C# and .NET APIs that use ordinary async and await. Application state can stay in an external database. The hosting model makes idle time and I/O wait free, with active CPU billed by the millisecond.

Tell us about your app: the requests it serves, the services it calls and the dependencies it needs. Those details help us assess your application for private preview.

ASP.NET and Entity Framework at launch

We plan to support ASP.NET and Entity Framework at launch to make porting your existing applications easier. This includes dynamic LINQ queries, reflection and runtime code generation.

For an existing app, tell us which framework version, database provider and packages you use. Include any native dependencies, background processing or platform-specific requirements so we can talk through what you need.

AOT and interpreted execution

We’re building Isoplane with optional AOT compilation, so you can choose AOT or interpreted execution to suit your app and its dependencies. We’re still finalizing the SDK.

State and durable instances

The initial focus is APIs with application state in external databases. We’re working on durable instances that retain state between requests, and these will hopefully be available to preview users by November 2026. If your app depends on that behavior, tell us it is a requirement when requesting access.

What private preview access means

We’d love to hear about your app as we move toward private preview and finalize the SDK. We’ll share code samples, deployment guides and a detailed benchmark blog post as that work matures.

What to include in your request

  • Your .NET version, framework and key dependencies.
  • Your database and any external services the API calls.
  • Required regions, background work and stateful behavior.
  • Whether you need AOT compilation or runtime features such as reflection.
